1. Using this website

By using goldiewink.com, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please use the site only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to interfere with its security, functionality or other users.

2. Digital products

GoldieWink sells digital products such as plugins, templates, business tools, resources and website products. Product descriptions explain what is included. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases are for the purchaser’s own business use and may not be resold, copied for resale, shared publicly or redistributed as a competing product.

3. Websites and setup services

Any website build, setup or customization service is limited to the scope described on the product page, order, proposal or written agreement. Extra requests outside that scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details secure. Some downloads, updates or purchase history may be available through your GoldieWink account.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. GoldieWink does not need to store your full card number to complete a transaction. Prices, taxes and available payment methods may change as the store grows.

6. Product compatibility

For WordPress products, you are responsible for maintaining a supported WordPress installation, compatible hosting and any required third-party software. We aim to clearly describe requirements before purchase.

7. Intellectual property

GoldieWink branding, website content, product designs, code, templates, graphics, documentation and original resources remain the intellectual property of Goldie Wink Digital Labs unless otherwise stated.

Some illustrations, graphics, written content and other visual or creative assets used on GoldieWink Digital Labs may be created, assisted, enhanced or modified using artificial intelligence tools and then reviewed, edited or customized for our brand. AI assisted content is used as part of our creative and production process and does not change the ownership, licensing or usage restrictions that apply to GoldieWink content and products.

8. Results and availability

Our products are designed to help pet professionals work more efficiently and present their businesses professionally, but we cannot guarantee specific business, revenue, traffic or client results. We may improve, update or discontinue products and features over time.

9. Support

Support is provided according to the support included with the specific product or service. For help with an order or account, visit the GoldieWink Support page.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Because many GoldieWink products are delivered digitally, different rules may apply to digital downloads and services than to physical goods.

11. Changes to these terms
